Purchasing & Payment:
- We care about privacy – your personal details will only be used to process your order.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard – Credit card payments are processed securely by Payment Express. Our Dusk team does not see or store your credit card details at any point.
- We also accept Bank Deposit - NZ bank account holders only - Bank transfers must be made within 48hours or the order will be cancelled. Your items will be sent once full payment is received.
- Sorry we do not accept money order or cheques.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, as you proceed through the check out, your card will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. This may incur an additional fee from your banking provider.
- All products are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice.
- Due to many of our products being ‘one-off’ or individually hand made there are limited levels of stock available on some items – we will do our very best to ensure replacement items are loaded as soon as possible.
