Shipping Info
We aim to send your purchases within 2-3 working days, providing payment has been received. Each item is shipped directly from our DUSK HQ, we will try to send all items in one package, however every now and then due to sizing we may have to send several packages – you will be notified if this happens.
Orders within NZ are sent via Castle Parcels – you will be given a tracking number and need to sign for the package upon delivery.
New Zealand shipping:
For Canterbury orders and small orders Nationwide we use NZ Couriers. To track a parcel use this link.
For all large orders outside of Canterbury we use Castle Parcels. To track use this link.
International Shipping:
All International Orders are sent via NZ POST using the International Economy Courier. The rates are weight based and go up in units of 500g. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery, delivery must be to a physical address. The targeted delivery time is 2-6 working days. We currently ship to Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Italy and Switzerland. If your country is not mentioned and you would like to place an order, please do email us and we will investigate the options available. International shipping does not include taxes or duty that may be applied upon entering your orders destination; any charges that are applied are the buyer’s responsibility.Rates:
