Returns
Should your product be faulty, please notify us immediately, info@duskgalleryandstore.co.nz and request a return number, and address details. We will happily repair, replace or refund a faulty product providing Proof of Purchase is presented.
Firstly, we will contact the manufacturer who will attempt to repair the fault. If a repair is unable to be made, a replacement item will be given to you, and sent to you at no charge. If the item you purchased is out of stock or no longer available then you will be offered a credit with DUSK or a full refund, minus any postage and packaging.
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, so please, choose carefully. We will always do our best to ensure items arrive with you safely and promptly.
